Hazard- Anything that cause Harm
Risk- Possibility/Likelihood that hazard can actually happen
Safety- Possibility/likelihood that hazard not happen/occur
Exposure- Contact with hazard. f.I.T(Frequency, Intensity, Time)
Type:
Health Hazard: Physical, Chemical, Biological, Psycho-social, Ergo-metric
Safety Hazard: Unsafe act, Unsafe condition
Risky Act- Work that do not follow protocol/manual/order that may lead to accident
Risk Management:
(H.A.D.I.R)- Hazard Identification, Assessing risk, Decide the Control, Implement the Control, Review Monitoring.
Accident- Unexpected, unplanned occurrence may/may-not result in injury, damage or combination.
